We have partnered with Happy Returns, to offer printer-free, packaging-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges with no return label for select orders. Simply start your return via our online portal and opt to drop off your return at a return bar!

HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?

CAN I CHANGE THE TYPE OF RETURN I REQUESTED?

As long as your return has not yet been dropped off and scanned, we are happy to cancel your request and help resubmit for your preferred return type. If you wish to change your return type, please get in touch straight away so we can provide you

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY RETURN LABEL OR QR CODE?

If you have not received your return label or QR code, please wait 24 hours before reaching out to our Customer Experience team.

CAN I COMBINE TWO ORDERS IN ONE RETURN PACKAGE?

Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be combined in one package at this time. When a return is submitted in our system, a QR code or label is created specifically for the items in that order. We do not have record of items in other orders because th
