If you booked a return online and used our printerless QR codes or a printable return label for USPS or RoyalMail, your return was shipped with ground shipping - which can take up to 7-10 business days to reach our returns team.

If you opted to drop off at Happy Returns you will receive a return confirmation email once the Happy Returns Bar scans the QR code and processes the items.

For our international customers, be sure to submit your return on our website and take note of your own tracking information and receipt, as we won't be able to track or monitor this for you!

Once received, we aim to process your return within 6 business days.
