HOW CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?Updated 19 minutes ago

There are multiple ways to return your package:

PRINCESS POLLY STORE RETURN QR CODE

1. Bring your items and store return QR code to the Princess Polly location nearest to you. 
2. A store associate will process your return at the cash register.
3. If you opted for a store credit refund, your gift card will be immediately emailed to you.
   
   

PRINCESS POLLY STORE RETURN 

1. Bring your eligible items to the Princess Polly location nearest to you. 
2. A store associate will process your return at the cash register.
3. If you opted for a store credit refund, your gift card will be immediately emailed to you.
   
   

USPS QR CODE

1. Package your items.
2. If you saved the Princess Polly bag, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag.
3. Bring this code to your USPS location. 
4. Bring the QR code provided in your Return Confirmation to any eligible USPS location and the agent will scan the QR code and process your package. 
   
   

PRINT AT HOME

1. Print Return label from your Return Confirmation email.
2. Package your items.
3. If you saved the Princess Polly bag, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag.
4. Drop off the package at any USPS location.
