HOW CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?Updated a year ago

There are three ways to return your package:

USPS QR CODE

1. Package your items.
2. If you saved the Princess Polly bag, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag.
3. Bring this code to your USPS location. 
4. Bring the QR code provided in your Return Confirmation to any eligible USPS location and the agent will scan the QR code and process your package. 

PRINT AT HOME

1. Print Return label from your Return Confirmation email.
2. Package your items.
3. If you saved the Princess Polly bag, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag.
4. Drop off the package at any USPS location.

Happy Returns QR CODE

1. Bring the QR code and your items to a Happy Returns Bar.
2. The agent will scan the QR code and process your items. You will receive a return confirmation email once the agent has scanned the code and processed your items.
