WHY ISN'T MY ACCOUNT LOGIN WORKING?Updated 9 days ago

Double check that you are on the right site for your account. Our Princess Polly US and AU sites are completely separate. 

On a desktop or mobile device? Login by clicking on Sign In at the top right of your page and entering your email. You will be emailed a login code to sign in with. Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder in case the email login code landed there! 

Alternatively, if your Princess Polly account was created with an email ending in @gmail.com, you can use your Google credentials to login without a code. 

Sign In with Shop: If you have a Shop Account, you can also sign in with your Shop credentials. 


On our Princess Polly App? We suggest choosing the 'Forgot your password?' link and rerouting through your email to reset your password.


Please note - Our website is optimized for Google Chrome web browser. If you're using any other browser, it's best to switch for a seamless shopping experience.
