Double check that you are on the right site for your account. Our Princess Polly US and AU sites are completely separate.
On a desktop or mobile device? Login by clicking on the person icon at the top of your page and entering your email. You will be emailed a login code to sign in with. Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder in case the email login code landed there!
Alternatively, if your Princess Polly account was created with an email ending in @gmail.com, you can use your Google credentials to login without a code.
