We process all refunds and store credits within 6 business days of receiving your items. You'll receive a confirmation email from our team once processed.  

Exchange orders are processed once your return has been received and scanned by the shipping carrier. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Instant exchanges are processed immediately. 

International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our facility. We aim to process your return within about 6 business days of receiving the package.
