Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetics, earrings, undergarments, and beauty tools (including hair tools). All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

To start your return, login into your account here, locate your order under “orders” and click to start a return or exchange. 

Shipping your items back with our printable return label

Package up any items that you’re returning to us, attach the included label to the top of the package, and drop it off at any Royal Mail (UK) location.

We process refunds and store credits within 6 business days of receiving your item/s. For store credit, you will receive an email with your digital gift card.  

Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment within 6 business days depending on your bank's processing times. 

Exchanges are processed once your return package is in transit with the carrier. This triggers your new order so we can get your items to you ASAP! You will receive an email with your exchange order number and tracking details once shipped. 

Please ensure your return booking matches the physical items being returned to avoid processing delays. To amend your return please reach out to our Customer Experience team asap. Items purchased as a set must be returned together.
