INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES (EXCLUDING THE U.S.)Updated 4 hours ago

How are Duties & Taxes Calculated?

For customers located outside of the United States, we use a highly accurate software to calculate the duty and tax for your order based on the value of the goods. So the more the item costs, the higher the duties will be for your order. Usually the value of the item, insurance, freight, duty and fees are calculated to determine your rate.

What is Import Duty?

Import duty is a tax collected by your country’s authorities on the goods that arrive from other countries.

For the following countries Duties/GST/Taxes are paid at checkout - nothing extra to pay at customs:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland (U.K.), Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

For all other countries (excluding the United States), payment of Duties & Taxes must be paid upon entry (not at checkout).

Duties/GST/Taxes are NON REFUNDABLE once your parcel has shipped

Please note all U.S. orders are fulfilled domestically and are shipped from a U.S.-based

distribution center.
