We're so sorry to hear you've received an item that’s not in perfect condition.

To fix this ASAP, head to our contact us page here within 30 days of your order being delivered to get in touch with our Customer Experience team. Select Order Issues - Faulty Item from the subject dropdown. Be sure to include a description of the issue and attach a photo of the issue. 

Please note we are unable to assist with product issues for orders placed over 60 days ago. Our quality control process is in place to ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience with us, which includes all of your items being delivered in original condition.
