HOW DO I MAKE A FLIP APP RETURN?Updated 24 days ago

Flip App orders must be returned within the Flip App within 30 days of delivery. 

1. Head to your Flip Profile, then navigate to Orders. Select the order you wish to return and click Create Return. Choose the item you wish to return and click Confirm. 

2. Choose your preferred refund: refund to original payment or Flip App cash. Click Confirm to receive your return label.

3. You will then have the option to download or share your UPS return label. 

4. Drop off your return to your selected UPS location within 72 hours of label creation.

5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the return has been delivered back to Flip.

Please note: Flip App orders can only be returned for a refund. Flip App does not currently support returns past 30 days from delivery.
