HOW DO I GAIN AND LOSE REWARD POINTS?Updated 10 months ago

Customers earn 1 point per $1 spent, but you can earn extra points by ticking off your Reward Point to-do list!

Some things to note:

- Returning for a refund will deduct from the point balance

- Returning for a gift card or exchange will keep the points earned

- Rewards members must be logged in to their account to earn points

- Rewards members will retain their tier status for 12 months. After this time, if no new points are earned, a new tier status will apply

For example:

1/1/2023: Jane is in Front Row and has 300 points. Jane will stay in Front Row until 1/1/2024.

During these 12 months, if Jane earns a minimum of 300 points she will remain in Front Row.

If Jane earns 300 or less points, she will move back to General Admission on 2/1/2024.

If however Jane earns 400+ points before the 1/1/2024, she will move up into VIP and her 12 months will reset on this new date.

The best way to look at it is your points can expire after 12 months, however once you reach a new tier you are guaranteed to remain in this tier for 1 year (unless you level up).

*New points are not issued when your gift card or exchange is issued/redeemed.
