CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS BETWEEN THE AU AND USA SITES?
As our AU and US stores operate independently, Rewards members are unable to transfer points between the two stores.
CAN I UPDATE THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?
Reward members are unable to change the email address associated with a Princess Polly Rewards account. We can, however, assist with a once off point transfer between multiple email accounts. Please reach out to us here for assistance.

CAN I EARN POINTS FOR PURCHASES I MADE BEFORE JOINING THE PROGRAM?
Your Rewards points only start accruing once you join the program.
HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE MY POINTS ON MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I GAIN AND LOSE REWARD POINTS?
Customers earn 1 point per $1 spent, but you can earn extra points by ticking off your Reward Point to-do list!
CAN I EARN POINTS ON ORDERS PAID WITH A GIFT CARD?
You can only earn points on purchases made with a debit card or credit card. Purchases made with a gift card will not earn points toward your account. If you use both a gift card and a debit/credit card on an order you will only earn points on the
