HELP! I CAN'T SIGN IN TO MY PRINCESS POLLY ACCOUNTUpdated a year ago

Double check that you are on the right site for your account. Our Princess Polly US and AU sites are completely separate.

On a desktop or mobile device? Login by clicking on the person icon at the top of your page and entering your email. You will be emailed a login code to sign in with. Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder in case the email login code landed there! You no longer need a password to sign in via desktop or mobile.

Be sure to also check your junk/spam folder for the login code email if not received. 

On our Princess Polly App? We suggest choosing the 'Forgot your password?' link and rerouting through your email to reset your password.
