All of our store credits and gift cards are sent electronically to the email used as checkout. If you have not received your gift card via email within 24 hours you may need to double-check your junk/spam folder in case it has landed there by mistake
The gift card code is 16 digits long, containing a mixture of numbers and letters. This is different to the order number LCG-USXXXXXXXX for your gift card. We recommend copying & pasting this directly at check out ensuring there are no spaces.
No, E-Gift Cards are sent electronically and do not contribute towards the free shipping thresholds.
