We want to make sure all of our customers receive their orders ASAP this holiday season, so our team will be processing orders outside usual business hours. This means your tracking may remain inactive until the parcel is collected by the courier

I PLACED MY ORDER AFTER DECEMBER 20TH... WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BEFORE NEW YEARS EVE?

Our delivery partners are unable to guarantee delivery between Monday December 23rd and Tuesday December 31st. Our team will be processing orders around the clock, however same day dispatch & standard delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?

Our delivery partners are ramping up the network with extended delivery hours and additional drivers, however they don’t operate on Public Holidays.
