HOW DO I MAKE A TIKTOK SHOP RETURN?Updated 11 days ago

TikTok orders must be returned within the TikTok app.

1. Head to your TikTok Profile, then navigate to Your Orders and select Orders

2. Choose the item, select Return, and specify a return reason from the options provided. 

3. Select your preferred return method:

• Free Return Shipping: Receive a prepaid return shipping label or QR code through TikTok Shops’s logistics partners.
• Self-Arrange: You are responsible for the return shipping fees if you opt to use your own logistics provider.

4. Upon approval of the return by Princess Polly or TikTok Shop:

• If you opted for free return shipping, a pre-paid return shipping label or QR code will be accessible in your app and emailed to you. This label or QR code is valid for 14 days from approval
• If you opted for self-arranged shipping, you have 14 days to upload the tracking information.

5. Drop off or ship the item(s). Princess Polly processes all refunds within 6 business days of receiving your items. 

Please note: TikTok Shop orders can only be returned for a refund.
