IF I HAVE MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES, CAN I COMBINE MY POINTS?

If you’ve made multiple purchases under different email addresses associated with the Rewards program, we can combine your points over to one email address. Please note, we will only be able to combine them once, so be sure to take note of the email

I FORGOT TO LOGIN AT CHECKOUT! CAN MY POINTS BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?

Please ensure you are logged into your Princess Polly account when placing an order, this is the only way to guarantee your points to accumulate. Unfortunately if you are not logged in, your points will not be added.

CAN I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change the email address associated with your Princess Polly Rewards account.

WHEN DID THE REWARDS PROGRAM LAUNCH?

If you had an existing Princess Polly account before October 10, 2020, you were automatically enrolled in the Rewards program starting as a General Admission member.
